Withdrawal symptoms can be a problem when trying to quit smoking and can cause a relapse. There are ways to cope with them, to reduce or even eliminate them. Medication, in particular, can improve your comfort when quitting smoking and can double your chances of success! But first it is necessary to be able to recognize the problems caused by the lack of tobacco: they are listed in the left-hand column.
